Regression of:	#220 Recon Beacon Invisible Underwater Issue This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. onto water with spawn beacon ready, crouch down and reach further down beyond water
2. beacon outline will disappear from water surface and go onto the ground
3. Set spawn beacon

Explanation

Exploit involving being able to put respawn beacons underwater in water area behind D on paradise (may work in other areas, but D seems to be the most prevalent)
