Error Code 'Count' and Graphical Glitches Post-Match

Steps to Reproduce

1. It has been happening when I rub the defibs together.
2. The server restarts the match.
3. This has happened three times now.
4. Once a few days ago, and back to back games at the time of reporting.
5. I'll proceed with my own testing after I wake up from sleeping.

Explanation

After match ends, I do tend to rub my defibs and try and go for funny post-match kills with the max shock. However I've recently seen an error code "Count" when the match resets for the next one, followed by a grey void. Twice with a menu thats so far it views as a single pixel, and once without anything noticable at all.
