Explanation
The horn on the ATV became the right handlebar instead.
I wasn't able to grip the right handle to steer, but grabbing near the horn would lock my hand to it and steer the vehicle as if I had both hands on the handlebars. I could not use the horn at all during this time. My arms stretched outwards in a weird way if I turned left or right.
I was not able to fix this until I got off of the ATV and took out a weapon in my right hand. It did not fix the bug to just get off of the ATV and back on - I had to hold something in my hand, too.
Haven't had this bug occur multiple times yet, but I'll submit/update this if I see more occurrences.
