Steps to Reproduce

  1. Tap into the natural willpower of your mind and channel your energies into Forefront.
  2. Using your psionic powers of coercion, make the helicopter spawn upside-down.

Explanation

The helicopter on Siberia spawned upside-down. I got into the passenger seat, and when I got out of the helicopter, my body was protruding from my face instead of having its feet on the ground like a normal human. Somebody tried taking off in the heli and it immediately exploded.

I don't know how to reproduce this bug.
