Steps to Reproduce
- Using no physical gun stock, use virtual stock unchecked / disabled, and looking through a scope (new variable scope preferred), attempt to aim at enemies at various distances while 'holding your breath' and the scope will jitter all over throwing off your aim instead of being steady like the mechanic is expected to work
- Play rush on a low ping server with max player count
- Snipe at various distances
- Hits will not register more often than not
Explanation
There is a constant jitter using the "hold your breath" mechanic while looking through a scope on Recon even if you are holding steady in reality.
Sniper shots don't seem to register hits properly regardless of the rifle being used. Sometimes the bullet's path goes clearly though the enemy, but there doesn't seem to be any damage done, hit detection, hit sound, or etc
