Access Restrictions on Suggestions and Upvotes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have your own staff try multiple accounts.
2. Maybe also friends and family.
3. Determine if some accounts are fully locked out or if it varies from person to person.
4. Verify if your suggestion was blocked on more than one account.

Explanation

Betahub itself is having severe technical issues. It is telling peopke they have resteicted access to common open posted suggestions. Had some friends who searched for one of my suggestions and it blocked them. Also, I have tried to upvote many different suggesitons and cannot access them for the same reason. It is not going to be an honest or accurate survey system if this continues. I will also be including this information as part of my video review. Many good suggesitons are probably not being accurately counted, as no upvotes can be applied in the current system.
