Extreme Lag and High GPU usage while playing the game making it unplayable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. load Into game menu and works just fine
2. I load into a match in a low ping server
3. The game starts to lag and screen flashes black in vr headset
4. Screen will also turn into "spaghetti strings"
5. Game starts to freeze
6. Game becomes unplayable
7. must unplug vr headset from laptop to quit steam VR

Explanation

I can get into the main menu and it will work just fine with no lag. The minute I get into a low ping server, my GPU usage sky rockets to 60%–90% usage.

Sometimes if I'm lucky, I'm able to play the game for about 2 minutes without any lag or issues at all, but then the game dies and my VR screen flashes black and I start seeing "spaghetti strings" (it's when your screen in VR splits into many different strings, it's hard to explain) in my VR headset as well.

I only have the game open and I haven't messed with any of my SteamVR settings, but I have messed with the in-game settings and it did nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing.

Also, put an info chart with an Nvidia RTX 4050 vs a Nvidia GeForce GTX 970, which is your required GPU according to Steam.

I have asked many different people if they are experiencing any lag and they always say no its just me.

Also I wanted to say that this has been happeing for about over a month now.
