Steps to Reproduce

1. Get in helicopter
2. go into 3rd person
3. try talking to someone in the heli with you

Explanation

Proximity chat when in 3rd person while flying birds is bad. If i go into 3rd person while flying i cannot hear or talk to others within the bird. I fly the big bird a lot and do a lot of drop offs. I cant communicate with others and tell them when to get out if I'm in 3rd person.
