Progress Resets on Gun Attachments Upon Server Shutdown

Steps to Reproduce

1. If you have not reached a new attachment for your gun
2. and when the server closes down for whatever reason
3. Then when you join a new server, your progress resets

Explanation

Sometimes when a match is done and map voting is done, the server will try to start a new round and fail, closing down. Whrn this happens, any progress i unlocked towards a new attachment on guns is erased back to before I joined that server, no matter how many rounds are played.
