Wired PCVR Quest Link Not Detecting Quest 3 on SteamVR

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to PC via Quest Link USB connection
2. Launch SteamVR through Quest Link (access SteamVR games with wired connection)
3. Launch Forefront
4. Wait a few seconds, around 30
5. It should open on the desktop NOT on the VR at all with the small window
6. Opens into the No VR device detected screen only on desktop not on VR at all.

Explanation

No Headset Detected screen on wired Quest Link, Steam installation, previously worked perfectly. When connected to PC, it fails to initiate the game correctly and only shows the screen on PC, nothing in VR. I have attempted reinstallation and verifying file integrity on Steam. No change. The game is unplayable.
