Talon hit registration bug with high ping

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a server where you have around 100 ping or more
2. Have someone talon you whilst you fly fast
3. Stay in range of the talon though
4. As long as you’re not flying directly towards where the talon came from, you have an invincible heli

Explanation

Improve the hit registration on the talon, I often see the talon shot hit me but does no damage, flying fast improves the chances of it doing no damage, but flying slow it’s basically guaranteed hit, it’s easily abusable on high ping.
