Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the character select
  2. Escape menu
  3. Weapon selection
  4. Terminal customization menu
  5. In game perk selection

Explanation

Opening character select screens/weapon selections/perk selections causes computer fans to ramp up to abnormal speeds/increases system strain abnormally compared to normal gameplay.
