Steps to Reproduce

  1. It happened near the end of the run so it must have been triggered by a late upgrade or something.

Explanation

In the last run I did with spotter in my history, "the one we lost" I had a bug that caused the autocannon shots to still function properly but once the weapon hit high rate or its maximum rate of fire, the explosion visiual effects were point blank in my view as though I was firing at a wall infront of me.
