Gotoorak Gatekeeper Softlocks During Orb Throw Phase Transition

Steps to Reproduce

1. Queued for a depth 1 Gotoorak Gatekeeper mission
2. Obtained the C4 item from an equipment box during the run
3. Used the C4 near the portal that the Gotoorak boss spawns from, which created a crater near the portal
4. During the phase with the orb throw, the boss stayed invincible and did not transfer to the next phase
5. The boss could not path to the portal and was stuck moving around in the crater

Explanation

Gotoorak Gatekeeper would not perch during the orb throw phase transition, causing the fight to become softlocked. The boss was stuck near the portal in a divot caused by a C4 charge. It would attack the players, but could not be harmed.
