Steps to Reproduce

1. Have AMD Ryzen 5 1600 six-core processor and AMD 580 8GB GPU
2. Stare at the wall
3. Observe the fps drop to 30-40

Explanation

I have AMD Ryzen 5 1600 six-core and AMD 580 8GB GPU, and when ever I stare at the wall I am getting 30-40 fps.
