Steps to Reproduce

1. I played as Spotter
2. I had the incendiary grenade
3. I used it a lot
4. I threw one just before entering the elevator to stage 4

Explanation

When playing as spotter I had at the begginning of stage 4 a permanent fire that woudn't go out until I was downed and Cooper revived me. This bug basically loost me the mission
