Steps to Reproduce
- I played as Spotter
- I had the incendiary grenade
- I used it a lot
- I threw one just before entering the elevator to stage 4
Explanation
When playing as spotter I had at the begginning of stage 4 a permanent fire that woudn't go out until I was downed and Cooper revived me. This bug basically loost me the mission
