Alpha Access Events Unavailable for New Joiners in Started Game

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join an already started game.
2. The lobby has activated, but not completed an alpha access event.
3. As the new joiner, attempt to interact with the event.
4. Event is uninteractable.
5. Example of event where bug was found: Terminal with screen that displays button names to press (sorry I can't remember the name).
6. When I attempted to interact, the terminal display wasn't displaying the button names that needed to be pressed, but did display the floating arrows directing the player where to interact.
7. The terminal display just had an in-game error message (by design, just incorrect in this scenario I'm assuming as the event had been activated).
