Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Resupplier IV
2. Equip Shock Charger
3. Get Elementalist Artifact
4. Resupply

Explanation

If you have the Elementalist artifact and the shock charger, the shock charger seems to only change elements if you resupply while using the resupplier IV (i think) perk, which automatically reloads all your weapons. If this is intentional, sorry for flooding reports, but it seems more intuitive that it would either change elements every shot (empties the "magazine") or not change elements at all. The current state of things seems janky and unintentional.
