Steps to Reproduce

1. Get every pickaxe part from cosmetic crates
2. Find a mission with a cosmetic crate on floor 1
3. Farm the mission until the mission changes
4. Start receiving paintjobs for the reclaimers
5. After obtaining all paintjobs for the reclaimers, there is a 50% chance to receive the message 'Empty...! You have collected every Cosmetics currently available - well done! Please wait for more stuff to be added in the future.'
6. Note that the message is misleading as some cosmetics are not available to all players

Explanation

Cosmetic crate is bugged and claims that you have all cosmetics when you don't.
