Steps to Reproduce

  1. play retcon, went down the first area and my teammate got in the elevator and advanced the mission
  2. teammate revived me in area two, saving me from the weird respawn seeds
  3. later in area two, teammate went down, then later I went down.
  4. contingency plan did not activate after I went down

Explanation

Retcon contingency plant ability did not activate.
