Steps to Reproduce
- Kill the Sentinel Specter
- Spectercore drops to the ground and just glitches through before you can get to it
Explanation
The Spectercore for the artefact upgrade glitches through terrain making it unreachable.
*note- this happaned in previous games so the most recent logs aren't gonna have it.
