Steps to Reproduce

1. Kill the Sentinel Specter
2. Spectercore drops to the ground and just glitches through before you can get to it

Explanation

The Spectercore for the artefact upgrade glitches through terrain making it unreachable.
*note- this happaned in previous games so the most recent logs aren't gonna have it.
