Steps to Reproduce

1. retrieve data from a server
2. open terrain scanner
3. see bio booster partway up the tunnel left by the arrival elevator

Explanation

Bio booster appeared to spawn in the wall of the elevator's arrival tunnel. I was too far away to confirm it before running out of time, but it looked pretty clear in the terrain scanner.
