Steps to Reproduce
- started game with Jumble modifier
- opened the grenade and weapon stashes
- got the same upgrades
Explanation
With the jumble modifier I just got the same upgrades 3 times in a row from the first weapon and grenade stash. the upgrades also had the selected text on it already from the first negotiation.
