Steps to Reproduce

1. This can be started when teleporting from a moving end elevator with the Retkon time shift ability.
2. Rescue yourself from Leech and Big Worm with a Shield gun.
3. When you die or are grabbed by Leech, your camera is sent to the Start Elevator.
4. After swapping, the die-camera triggers another health bar for a teammate.
5. Repeat step 4.

Explanation

Three bosses health bar on screen after bug with zero coordination view while Leeching or Dying. I cant send u screenshot with three health bars ((
