Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch mission as guardian
2. Take some damage because of rift
3. Open rift, go to where you get the weapon and grenades
4. Use Armor beacon
5. Expected: Armor goes up slowly
6. Observed: Armor stays the same

Explanation

Guardian Armor beacon not working in the beginning facility
