Explanation
Black Screen during elevator ride between levels. directly after loading screen. Had to kill steam as well.
After rejoining I joined dead and stuck on the elevator roof. After revive Iwas still stuck, coul not die and could only shoot.
Had to leave and rejoin. Dropped in from outside the map onto the elevator, This Time I lived. Run was done after that.
