1. Start a jumble (in a full party)
2. Do weapon and grenade Negotiations

Explanation

Jumble Negotiations of the first weapon crate and grenade locker have a high probability to bug out and present the players with the same choices, up to 3 times: twice during weapon grades and once in the grenade locker
