Mission Failure When Downed Host Activates Risk Vector

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Retcon go down before extract
2. Extract with the only other player alive
3. Pick the Risk Vector
4. Mission fails while the elevator is going down

Explanation

Progressing to the next level while Retcon is downed instantly fails the mission after picking a Risk Vector. This has already happened twice, both times when Retcon (host) was down. Retcon did still have Contingency Plan active. (Video shows Mod Hub active, but this has happened before with a completely unmodded game on the same game version. Host also only had Mod Hub active at the time)
