Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick the epic 'Critical Shot' expenite upgrade three times in one run
2. Observe that you aren't critting nearly as often as you should on weakpoint hits

Explanation

Epic expenite upgrade "Critical Shot" does not seem to be stacking properly. I have 3 stacks of the upgrade, which should give me a total of 93% crit chance on weakpoint hits, however I only seem to be critting a third of the time I hit a weakpoint, as though I only have one stack.
