Steps to Reproduce
- Kill a sentinal specter that is in a corner
- Kill a sentinal specter that is touching a wall/floor
Explanation
Sentinal Core's can get glitched and stuck in terrain. Usually just digging around the area it's trying to 'spawn' in fixes it however.
