Steps to Reproduce

Selected Turrets for ReTcon
Use Ability
Place turrets
Go back to real time place more turrets
Go to elevator
At the beginning of the next level turrets cannot be placed.

Explanation

I was going for a ReTcon + Turret combo. The idea was to use the time ability to place my turrets go back to real time and I would still have the ammo of the turrets to place more. In between levels some how I was no longer able to place turrets it shows the layout as blu but when I click nothing happens.
