Upgrade Selection Issue with Weapon Effect Symbols

Steps to Reproduce

1. Always happens when pickling weapon upgrades
2. Haven't noticed it on other upgrades
3. The clickable area isn't as small

Explanation

When choosing upgrades, clicking on the symbol of a weapon effect (for example poison or stun) that brings up explainer text prevents you from clicking the upgrade. Sometimes it makes it feel like the button just isn't letting me click it, because the symbol for the weapon effect happens to be roughly in the centre of the button where I tend to click
