Steps to Reproduce

1. Explosive barrel group next to furnace
2. Activate furnace
3. Grab barrel
4. Jump and throw barrel towards furnace
5. The barrel hit me in the back and knocked me forward. I was downed, I believe from the fire of the furnace.

Explanation

I attempted to throw an explosive barrel into a furnace (At least the scanner calls it a furnace) and hit myself, knocking me into the furnace. On a depth 2, complexity 2 run.
