Regression of:	#3228 Unable to Find Servers This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

Explanation

I believe there to be a slight issue with accesing severs and other players games. While I am able to access the game and sever list, it shows no other active players. This could be completly my fault somehow but im having no other issues with any other games or online softwares. Additionally, when i look at my ingame ping, it comes up as 0. This might be connected but im unnsure. I have tried re loging and switicing sever regions and it hasnt seemed to fix the issue.
