Regression of:	#3983 Game stuck in black screen after desync and rejoin attempt This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Game crashed on level transition in multiplayer.
2. Clicked rejoin upon reloading game when prompted to join last session.
3. Softlocked to black screen.
4. Joining back in through steam worked but I had no game input so could not play.

Explanation

Unable to rejoin multiplayer after crashing during level transition.
