Steps to Reproduce

1. Throw grenade
2. Press left click too fast to try to shoot your gun
3. Sit there looking stupid as your grenade is in your hand and doesn't switch to gun or shoot

Explanation

The grenade sometimes gets stuck in your hand if you try to throw grenades then shoot your gun with left click too fast. And your character will sit there and hold it until you press your gun button instead of switching automatically like it should.
