Steps to Reproduce
- Get the CQC PROTOCOL artifact
- Waste all ammo
- Get to next level on elevator
- (probably unrelated) spawn in the worm womb thing on the next level
Explanation
CQC PROTOCOL artifact did not apply after landing on a new level with no ammo.
