Steps to Reproduce

1. I've had moments where I come out of the snow or at random where my speed is slowed down to the speed of when I'm moving through deep snow.
2. The speed just stays at that reduced speed even outside of the snow.
3. Even when I run, the speed still stays at that reduced speed.
