Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get 'Charge Size' upgrade on Shock Striker
  2. Take the 'Pelter' upgrade (mag size increase)

Explanation

Shock Striker's charge meter on the UI under the reticle does not display a full charge at 22 max charge capacity. It leaves one bar half empty.
