Ammo Box Drop Failure on Spotter Character

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try using default ammo bag keys (Q+E)
2. Spotter darts appear instead
3. Use Q+R to scan
4. Sometimes this allows you to use the ammo bag

Explanation

Ammo box drop not working consistently on spotter. I try using it and it doesn't always work. I have a seemingly higher chance of getting it to work by using the scan first.

I am reporting this from the Ramrod, but this was occurring on my last mission Depth 2 on Fungus Bogs (all levels) I was in a 4 person group.
