Turret Placement Bug Near Elevator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to place the turrets
2. Observe the blue turret symbol but notice it doesn't work
3. Note that this issue often occurs around the elevator
4. Observe the issue before activating the elevator
5. Note that the bug persists for the entire mission

Explanation

At first I can build my equipemt turrets normal but at some point in the misson I can't place them any more. It happened quit often around the elevator. This bug will stay the hole mission. It happened every mission so far.
