Explanation
The M4 is... bad. It does not appear to synergize with perks properly, such as bio-energy or reloading trick into vital impact. While it is really strong (I was****ting 5k weakspot/crits when they landed properly), it's extremely inconsistent. Please find a way to clarify the interactions between these perks and ease consistency.
