Steps to Reproduce
- Use rewind time
- Place 2 turrets
- Wait for the rewind time to expire
- Place 2 turrets again
- Now you are unable to use the turrets again
Explanation
Placing turrets while RETCOn ability is active and then placing them again when the ability expires, locks the possibility to use the turrets for the rest of the run.
