Explanation

转轮机枪拿了站着不动降低扩散的属性,一旦静止触发buff之后会导致无法降低扩散(包括机枪自身连续开火降低扩散的特性也会无法触发)

The rotating machine gun has its attribute of reduced dispersion when standing still. Once the buff is triggered when it is stationary, it will prevent the reduction of dispersion (including the feature where the machine gun continuously fires to reduce dispersion, this will also not be able to trigger).
