Steps to Reproduce

  1. Unlock upgrade bench with toolbox
  2. Go get heavy weapon on the same level
  3. Go back to upgrade bench
  4. No option to upgrade heavy weapon (only seems to evaluate at initial weapons at unlock)

Explanation

No heavy weapon upgrade option on the upgrade bench.
