Explanation
Miner's Gear IV displays 10% deposit speed, which is in line with Miner's Gear I 10% and is also 10% drop from Miner's Gear III which offers +20% deposit speed.
If the progress of the Miner's Gear perk is to be trusted. It should have +25 carry capacity and +25% deposit speed.
I am not sure if it's only text issue, or if the reduced deposit speed is reflected in gameplay.
