Steps to Reproduce
- Opened a public lobby.
- Clicked friends only so that my friend could join the fourth slot.
- A fourth person joined the lobby through the public menu while my friend was launching the game.
Explanation
Marking the lobby as friends only after it was a public lobby does not take it off the public joiner.
