UI Glitch: Missing Game Assets and Character Appearance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Depth 1, mission 3, jumping around and went down a lift
2. interacted with the lift while being hurt i think?
3. things disappeared on UI
4. Swapping weapons and even leaving mission did not fix, still lots missing on the ramrod

Explanation

UI glitch, lost vision of my gun, the REPD, Cooper, and all facility related structures and equipment in the dive. Things like the bio booster, elevator, etc were only visible via the purple neon sign above them and on the map scanner. The ammo boxes were also half there, but the parts that pop out when opened were see through. My character also lost their hair and accessories due to this glitch. Just a bunch of assets basically gone from the game.
