Explanation
This is after my most recent run.
I instantly died while on a depth level 3 as the Retcon class and my insta revive ability after all dwarves are down did not go off and I failed the mission. I also had 3 revives available from Cooper at the end of the mission and it just did not give him a chance to revive.
