Explanation
during game with mixed modifier (regular lvl ups can provide anything weapons, equipment, grenades,etc) i picked 2 turrets in 2 different slots. After progressing to next stage i was unable to place turrts from slot 4 (slot 3 was fine), later i was unable to place turrets at all.
Also for some reason when i died camera went to elevator.
And boss hp duplicated on each phase, ending with 3 hp bars at 3rd stage.
